Cricket Academy CPS Invitational

The terms below apply to all courses booked and conducted by Cranleigh School:

Programme Changes

Cranleigh School reserves the right to cancel a course if there are insufficient numbers, or if there are other unforeseen circumstances which means that the School cannot deliver the course. In such circumstances, monies will be refunded or can be transferred to an alternative course.

Cancellation

In the event of you cancelling giving less than 48 hours' notice, the full cost of the course will be incurred.

Pre-Bookings & Payment

Bookings will only be held for 24 hours without payment, after which places will be released without notice. All outstanding payments will be notified that an invoice will be issued, including interest at 1.5%, if not paid by the specified date.

Incompatibility

Cranleigh School reserved the right to exclude or refuse entry to the course if it believes that any person is causing damage to the facilities, or is causing distress or is a disruption to other attendees. No refund will be given under these circumstances.

Medical Details & Emergencies

It is imperative that full details of all medical and special dietary conditions are declared on the medical form for each participant. In the case of any medical emergency we will contact you as soon as possible. Cranleigh School should be made aware of all prescription drugs and other medication carried with the child, and the parent/guardian is responsible for ensuring that all items are clearly marked.

Liability

Cranleigh School accepts all responsibility for those elements of the course under its direct control, if caused by proven negligence of Cranleigh School or its employees, including death or personal injury. Cranleigh School does not accept responsibility or liability for the loss of enjoyment arising from, but not limited to the following: travel arrangements, strikes, acts of terrorism, bad weather, loss or damage to personal property, personal injury or illness suffered while on the course. The course information provided is made in good faith as at time of going to print. We reserve the right to make changes.

The parents/guardians of any student attending the courses should have read and understood the Terms & Conditions before signing the following declaration:

1. Having read, understood and accepted all statements made in the Terms & Conditions, I would like my son/daughter to be accepted on to the course.
2. I undertake to explain all appropriate statements to my child and emphasise the importance of abiding by those statements.
3. I understand that should any child contravene any of those statements, it could result in them being asked to leave the course and that any monies paid will not be refunded.
4. I understand that any decision made by the organisers will be final.

Cranleigh School will store and use your personal data to enable us to administer the course and make it the best experience that we can. We will never pass on your data to a third party without your permissions. Our full privacy policy is available for you to read on the School's website.
