Programme Changes:

Cranleigh School Swim Academy reserves the right to cancel a course if there are insufficient numbers on either a course or within any age category. In such circumstances your money will be refunded.

Cancellation:

In the event of You cancelling, a refund will only be given if the space can be filled by another participant. If the space is not filled you will incur the full cost of the missed clinic.

Incompatibility:

Cranleigh School Swim Academy reserves the right to exclude or refuse entry to the Lesson if it believes that any person is causing damage to the facilities, or is disruptive to the other attendees. No refund will be given under these circumstances.

Medical Details & Emergencies:

It is imperative that full details of all medical are declared on the Booking Form for each participant. In the event of a medical emergency we ask that all parents stay on site for the duration of each clinic. The Academy should be made aware of all drugs and other medication carried with the participant, parents/guardians ensuring that all items are clearly marked.

Liability:

The Academy accepts all responsibility for those elements of the course under its direct control if caused by proven negligence of the Academy or its employees including death or personal injury. The Academy does not accept responsibility or liability for the loss of enjoyment arising from but not limited to the following: travel arrangements, strikes, acts of terrorism, bad weather, loss or damage to personal property, personal injury or illness suffered whilst on the Course.
